An adventurous and spiritual journey. From the mountains to the sea, from Chiang Mai tigers to the sharks in the waters of Phi Phi Island. From the Buddhist temples of the capital, to the ancient ruins of Ayutthaya and Lopburi. The flavours of a cuisine very different from my own and the simplicity of this gentle people will remain in my heart forever.
